Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR Head and leadership in developing and implementing HR policies and practices.
  • Provide expertise in employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Support recruiting, retention, benefits, and Learning & Development programs.
  • Coach and guide managers and employees on HR processes and career development.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across all levels.
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
  • Can start ASAP.

Note: This position is project-based, with the potential for extension or absorption depending on performance and business needs.
