Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Quezon City. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and administrating benefits. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
