Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Human Resources Generalist at our Quezon City location. The Associate HR Generalist will be responsible for handling various HR tasks, including implementing and managing HR policies, administering employee benefits and benefits programs, managing HR-related documentation, and providing support to the HR department in day-to-day operations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with employees and management.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and in a fast-paced environment
