Toyota Mobility Solutions is looking for an HR Generalist to join our Business Support Department in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

An HR Generalist is a member of the Human Resource and Admin team that is responsible for recruiting, training administration, payroll, and HR data base management.

In this role, you will also support various administrative functions such as procurement management, HR reports generation, and employee engagement activities.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & staffing (Direct-Hire/Outsourced)
  • Training administration
  • Payroll & benefits coordination
  • HR databases and records management
  • Reports generation and updating of company policies
  • Company resource management
  • Basic procurement management

Our perfect match:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent.
  • You have related experience in human resources and administrative functions.
  • You are able to multitask and coordinate with different personalities.
  • You are able to create framework, visualize them and translate them into practical and doable steps.
  • You are able to maintain the orderliness and organization of documents and database.

Skills required:

  • Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Good planning, documentation, and organizing skills.
  • Strong customer orientation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in behavioral interviewing is an advantage.
