About the Role

The HR and Admin Generalist will own all facets of Human Resources and Administration. This person will be hands-on team player and who will help build the company's people systems from the ground up. Ensure smooth communication among business unit and support management in scaling manpower effectively.

Responsibilities

On Recruitment and Hiring

  • Managed end to end recruitment, job posting, screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding
  • Create and maintain job description in collaboration with Department heads
  • Build a talent pipeline for future needs.

Employee Relation and Engagement

  • Drive morale, culture building and employee engagement programs.
  • Help create and communicate company policies and internal memos.
  • Be the point of contact of employee concern.

HR Operations and Compliance

  • Oversee attendance, Leave management and payroll coordination with finance
  • Maintain employees files, contracts, and govt compliance (SSS, PH and Pagibig)
  • Draft and Track HR documents like NDA's, contracts, and memo's

Manpower Planning and Coordination

  • Work closely with each business unit to understand manpower requirements
  • Track headcount, performance metrics and manpower cost vs. productivity
  • Support management in organization structure planning.

General Administration

  • Handle office operations supplies and vendor coordination
  • Support management on Ad Hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources/psychology/any related course.
  • With 2 - 5 years of experience in HR or Admin Generalist role (preferably in a startup or SME)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiar with basic HRIS or G Suite Tools
  • Organized, proactive, and people oriented
