Position: Business Development Manager Filipino & Chinese)

Work model and location: remote in Philippines

Employment type: Services Agreement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct market research
  • Provide insights to enhance our competitive position.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Filipino (C1) and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin or Hokkien). Fluent in English B2 (and higher)
  • Portfolio of active FX clients with ability to rapidly expand the network
  • Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven experience within Forex (3-4 years and own active portfolio of clients)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Employment type - Services Agreement. Experience as a BD in FX is a must together with active portfolio of clients related ideally to FX (or iGaming as an alternative). They should have a well-defined written plan for their territory;they should present a yearly plan (if they pass HR/OPS interview successfully)
