Join our team as a Kitchen Operations Supervisor and take the lead in managing day-to-day back-of-house operations. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high standards of kitchen efficiency, food quality, and team discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, from daily prep to closing procedures
  • Manage scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring of kitchen staff
  • Implement food safety guidelines and ensure strict sanitation compliance
  • Maintain food cost efficiency and monitor proper portioning
  • Coordinate with management for menu execution and operational updates
  • Resolve kitchen issues quickly to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a professional kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen workflow, production, and food safety compliance
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Experience in fast-paced dining environments
  • Culinary certificate or NC II is an advantage
