Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef located in Cebu. The Executive Sous Chef will collaborate with the head chef to develop and execute menu items, oversee kitchen operations, ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained, and manage kitchen staff. Additional day-to-day tasks include coordinating food orders, supervising food preparation, and maintaining inventory levels. The Executive Sous Chef will also be involved in training new kitchen staff and ensuring that all dishes are prepared with high-quality standards.

  • Knows how to do food costing

  • Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Pleasant demeanor and ability to work efficiently under pressure
