Recruitment and Sourcing:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions to extending job offers.
  • Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks.

Onboarding and New Hiring Management:

  • Prepare and send offer letters and new hire paperwork.
  • Lead the new employee onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all new hire documentation is complete and filed correctly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new employees during their first few months.

HR Administration & Data Management:

  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and employee records.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the company's organizational charts.
  • Prepare employment verification letters and other routine HR documents

Training and Development Support:

  • Assist the HR Manager with the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
  • Track employee training attendance and completion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically a must
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role. This experience should include hands-on involvement with the full recruitment life cycle from posting jobs to extending offers. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and some exposure to employee onboarding processes is also critical. Able to demonstrate a track record of successfully managing multiple recruitment tasks and administrative duties simultaneously.
