Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Oakridge. Mandaue, Cebu

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: HR Manager

Working hours: 12am to 8am

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
  • Assist with the recruitment process — job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks.
  • Prepare and organize HR-related documents such as contracts, onboarding materials, and offer letters.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Help plan and execute employee training, workshops, and engagement events.

Employee Relations

  • Support in promoting a positive and respectful workplace culture.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns, questions, or feedback.
  • Assist in the investigation and documentation of employee relations issues when needed.
  • Help implement employee satisfaction surveys and engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure fair and consistent policy application.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
