Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Oakridge. Mandaue, Cebu
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager
Working hours: 12am to 8am
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
- Assist with the recruitment process — job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks.
- Prepare and organize HR-related documents such as contracts, onboarding materials, and offer letters.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Help plan and execute employee training, workshops, and engagement events.
Employee Relations
- Support in promoting a positive and respectful workplace culture.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns, questions, or feedback.
- Assist in the investigation and documentation of employee relations issues when needed.
- Help implement employee satisfaction surveys and engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure fair and consistent policy application.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
