Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement programs.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in compliance with company policies and labor standards.
Training & Development:
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating internal/external training sessions.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with required food safety and regulatory training.
Performance Management:
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and competency assessments.
- Provide reports and analytics related to employee performance and productivity.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to DOLE and other government regulations.
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR-related documentation.
- Support audits and inspections related to labor and food safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry setting.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HRIS systems, and payroll processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR information systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and production-oriented environment.
