Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement programs.

  • Address employee concerns and grievances in compliance with company policies and labor standards.

  • Training & Development:

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating internal/external training sessions.

  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with required food safety and regulatory training.

  • Performance Management:

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and competency assessments.

  • Provide reports and analytics related to employee performance and productivity.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to DOLE and other government regulations.

  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR-related documentation.
  • Support audits and inspections related to labor and food safety compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry setting.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HRIS systems, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR information systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and production-oriented environment.
