Your Role

As a Recruitment Manager, Healthcare (Offshoring), you will be at the forefront of attracting and hiring top talent for our remote healthcare teams. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining a strong workforce that delivers exceptional patient care and meets our strategic goals, all while operating in an offshore capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the unique demands of the offshore healthcare industry, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified clinical and non-clinical professionals for our global operations.
  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, specializing in international healthcare recruitment, to meet performance targets and align with business objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and key stakeholders within our healthcare facilities, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions to their remote staffing needs.
  • Analyze global healthcare market trends and recruitment data to inform and refine talent acquisition strategies, ensuring we remain competitive in the international hiring landscape.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience for healthcare professionals, from application to onboarding, with a focus on remote hiring best practices.
  • Foster a culture of professional growth for your team through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning within the healthcare offshoring vertical.
  • Collaborate across departments to align recruitment strategies with our broader organizational objectives, including diversity and inclusion initiatives for the global healthcare workforce.

What You Will Need

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting healthcare professionals for offshore and remote teams, including a deep understanding of roles such as registered nurses, medical coders, and virtual administrative assistants.
  • Proven track record in recruitment operations, strategic planning, and managing relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders in a global healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to effectively lead a team and drive results in a dynamic, international healthcare environment.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours and travel across various international sites as needed to support recruitment efforts.
