Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong experience in lead generation, administrative support, and content scheduling. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with long-term growth potential, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, creative, and able to manage back-office tasks efficiently.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: PHP

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week (4 hours daily, Monday–Friday)

Schedule: Flexible scheduling available; preferred hours 9 AM–1 PM Eastern

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home arrangement and the role is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

• Research and generate leads, including verifying phone numbers and contact details.

• Build and maintain lead lists in organized spreadsheets.

• Create evergreen graphics, launch graphics, and sales graphics using provided brand kit.

• Develop and maintain content calendars for social media posting.

• Schedule and post pre-made social media content across platforms (no content creation required).

• Provide general back-office administrative support.

• Assist with software setup and subscription management.


Requirements

• Lead generation or appointment setting experience is a must (no calls, lead research only).

• Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling.

• Strong administrative and data entry skills.

• Basic graphic design capabilities and creativity.

• Proficiency with spreadsheet applications.

• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Reliable internet connection and computer setup.

• Available for a consistent 20-hour weekly schedule (4 hours daily, Monday–Friday).
