Lead Generation Associate (Hybrid | Sampaloc, Manila)

₱25,000 monthly salary | 4 days WFH, 1 day onsite

De Castro Law and Consulting
is looking for a
Lead Generation Associate
to help us identify and engage potential global clients.

This is
not a call center or sales-closing role
— your focus will be on
researching companies, finding decision-makers, and generating qualified leads
for our business development team.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients in the
    EOR
    , HR, or outsourcing industries
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms
  • Gather key contact information and company insights for outreach
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM tools
  • Coordinate with the business development team for next steps and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

  • At least
    2 years of experience
    in lead generation, prospect research, or B2B sales support
  • Experience with international clients
    or companies offering
    EOR / HR / outsourcing services
    is highly preferred
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail, research ability, and organization
  • Comfortable in a
    hybrid work setup
    (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite in Sampaloc, Manila)
