Step into a foundational role that directly fuels the growth of a high-performance solar company. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind their sales pipeline — identifying and compiling comprehensive databases of qualified homeowners who are ideal candidates for premium solar solutions. Your research will help the sales team consistently hit their target of 200+ weekly appointments, making you a key player in their mission to power Australian homes with clean, sustainable energy.
Responsibilities
Research and identify qualified solar prospects within targeted Australian residential areas.
Build and maintain comprehensive lead databases with 1,000–3,000+ potential customers.
Compile detailed contact information and phone numbers for qualified homeowners.
Focus on homeowners with $400+ quarterly electricity bills who own their properties.
Target prospects planning to remain in their homes for 5+ years.
Deliver clean, organized lead data to support appointment-setting teams.
Continuously source fresh leads to keep the sales pipeline full.
Collaborate with remote team members to improve lead quality and efficiency.
Strong research and data compilation skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency with lead generation tools, databases, and online research platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Understanding of target customer profiles and qualification criteria.
Experience with data entry and database management preferred.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional computer setup.
Self-motivated with the ability to hit daily and weekly lead generation targets.
