We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to drive the expansion of Edge Tutor's reach within educational institutions globally. This role is crucial for identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-quality B2B leads, ultimately securing key meetings and contributing directly to our sales pipeline growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Lead Sourcing: Proactively identify and target potential B2B clients and key decision-makers within educational institutions using diverse channels. Execute strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Effective Lead Engagement: Engage prospects through compelling communication and relationship-building to successfully secure qualified meetings for the sales team. Articulate Edge Tutor's unique value proposition convincingly to prospects.
- Customized Proposal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to craft tailored, persuasive proposals that address specific client needs. Ensure proposals are compelling and strategically aligned with client objectives.
- Seamless Client Handoff: Facilitate a smooth transition of qualified opportunities from proposal to pilot phase, coordinating closely with Account Managers to ensure successful client onboarding and a strong start to new partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven success in a B2B Lead Generation or Sales role, with a clear track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong foundational knowledge.
- Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage external clients and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with CRM systems and Lead Gen tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Snov io) for efficient lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Highly independent, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities and a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to thrive and contribute significantly in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.
- A strong team player with a collaborative approach, able to work effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Genuine passion for the education sector and a strong drive to make a positive impact on the educational community.
- Willingness to conduct sales calls and engage with clients during evening hours (Philippine time) to accommodate our predominantly international client base.
WORK SET-UP AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Schedule: May require flexible hours, but with a focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
- Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
- Location: Fully remote
- Device: Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen) or 8GB RAM or higher
- Internet Connection: Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
- Alternative power source: Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
