We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality support for our clients' technical issues. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, capable of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial IT, Information Technology (IT), or a related field (preferred but not required)

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in machine troubleshooting, technical support, or maintenance
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply
  • Experience in remote support and technical assistance via digital channels
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance, calibration, and diagnostics procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

What You'll Do

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide remote or on-site technical support for equipment, systems, and software used in vehicle inspection operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machines, networks, software, and hardware
  • Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation of support cases and resolutions

Preventive Maintenance & Calibration

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration of vehicle inspection machines and related systems
  • Conduct performance testing to ensure equipment is operating within technical specifications
  • Document service work, including calibration records, issue logs, and recommendations

Process Improvement & Client Service

  • Identify patterns in recurring issues and collaborate with teams for root cause analysis and process improvements
  • Support clients with technical training and guidance on system operations and maintenance
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive support
