Position: Technical Support Level 1
Work Location: RCBC Tower 2, Makati
Work Setup: Work-from-Office (Onsite)
Work Shift: Night Shift (aligned with US hours)
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year technical support and customer service experience
- Experience with Zendesk and Microsoft Office
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a strong team attitude while being dependable and flexible
- Must be amenable to working shifting hours, 24/7 operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
