Required Skills & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant IT support experience, preferably in technical, application or system support
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Citrix Environment and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • Provide L1/L2 support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving application or system issues
  • Perform M365/O365 administration tasks such as adding, editing/updating, resetting, and deleting accounts
  • Experience using any ticketing system (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Saleforce, etc.) to log, track, and resolve issues
  • Hands-on experience in Incident and Problem Management; Change Management experience is a plus
  • Collaborate with application developers and infrastructure teams to support business-critical systems
  • Maintain clear documentation of support cases, processes, and technical procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
