We're Hiring Join our team as an IT Technical Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via various channels such as phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and assist in maintaining network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and update computer hardware and software components.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Document and maintain records of support requests and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- With or without experience
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), productivity software, and common applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
