Job Title: Invoice Management Specialist (Chevron Account | Shifting Schedule | Makati)

Client: Chevron, a leading American multinational energy corporation known for its global oil and gas operations. In the Philippines, Chevron markets Caltex brand fuels, lubricants, and other petroleum products through a nationwide network of service stations, terminals, and sales offices.


Employment Type: 12-month initial contract under Manpower Philippines

Work Location: 6750 Ayala Avenue, Makati City

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Day Shift, Mid Shift, Night Shift)

Salary Range: Php 25,000 – Php 30,000

Night Differential: 10% for applicable hours

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Invoice Management Specialist to join our team supporting Chevron. This role involves handling vendor invoice processing, data validation, report generation, and supporting finance operations. You'll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance in invoice-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Post vendor invoices (with or without PO/SO using 3-way matching)
  • Verify invoice compliance and match against vendor SOAs
  • Scan invoices for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processing
  • Coordinate pending invoice concerns with relevant teams
  • Submit reports for travel-related transactions via expense systems
  • Monitor, archive, and manage vendor invoice documentation
  • Process and post cash-related transactions
  • Handle invoice-related queries and stakeholder communication
  • Perform random invoice sampling for data analysis
  • Retrieve and fulfill manual sales slips and match with ticket requests
  • Summarize slips, generate reports, and assist with cleansing tasks
  • Support collateral management, customer payment tracking, and unapplied credit monitoring
  • Prepare receipts and support internal/external audit document requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in invoice processing or financial operations preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP or financial systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a shifting schedule and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
