We are looking for a results-driven Account Management Specialist (Account Executive) to join our growing team in Makati. The ideal candidate has a passion for relationship management, customer satisfaction, and business development, ensuring that every client partnership grows stronger over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationship management efforts by building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide proactive solutions, and identify new business development opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Bridge communication between clients and internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Apply strong account management strategies to enhance customer relationship management and retention.
  • Track interactions and opportunities using CRM tools to ensure transparency and data-driven follow-ups.
  • Contribute to the company's growth by developing upselling and cross-selling strategies through effective relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development, preferably within the security or service industry.
  • Proven record of maintaining high customer satisfaction and achieving account growth targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City.
