Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Customer Invoicing Specialist, ensuring smooth and accurate financial transactions. You'll match invoices with purchase orders, upload them to customer portals, manage correspondence, resolve disputes promptly, provide payment and approval updates to the finance team, and maintain compliance documents to support efficient cash flow and operations.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1 to 3 years of solid experience uploading documentation, particularly customer invoices, to Ariba or SAP Business Network
• Experience using similar invoicing or procurement portals is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently

Your Daily Tasks

• Match customer invoices with relevant purchase orders and upload them to the appropriate portal
• Set up and manage access to portals for current and new customers as needed
• Liaise with depots and customers to resolve disputed invoices promptly
• Provide dispute details, approval updates, and payment date information to the AR Finance Team to support cash flow and collection management
• Manage the inbox for portal correspondence and ensure timely responses
• Maintain and update compliance documents as required (e.g., Certificates of Currency)
