Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of bookkeeping or invoicing experience, ideally supporting Australian businesses
  • 3–5 years experience working with international clients (BPO or shared services required)
  • Proven experience handling high-volume invoice processing
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with NetSuite or ConnectWise is a plus

Your Impact Starts Here

Invoice Creation & Data Entry

  • Prepare and issue invoices based on client requirements and company standards
  • Ensure invoices are accurate and sent on time
  • Update and maintain data in the invoicing system
  • Verify customer information and keep records accurate and up to date
  • Add notes and update invoice status as needed

Client & Team Communication

  • Handle inquiries related to invoices, payments, and billing concerns
  • Provide clear explanations of charges and invoice details
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing issues quickly and efficiently

Administration & Support

  • Manage workflow within the invoicing platform
  • Support Sales and Operations with accurate billing data
  • Ensure all processes follow company policies and accounting standards
