Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the Customer Service Representative role. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer interactions through phone, chat, or email, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally.
  • Resolve issues, complaints, and requests efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, internet navigation).
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required.
