About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent virtual customer support to our clients. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a positive brand experience
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer queries efficiently
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
  6. Flexibility to work in a virtual environment and adapt to changing customer demands
