About the role

DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This is a full-time position, with dayshift and midshift options available to accommodate your schedule. The role is crucial in supporting our company's mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Providing product and service information to customers, as well as cross-selling and upselling relevant offerings
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the accounts or financial services industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
