The organization is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our service delivery operations. The CSR will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all interactions reflect the company's commitment to quality service. This position is open to candidates from all backgrounds, and comprehensive training will be provided to selected applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer complaints, de-escalate challenging situations, and ensure effective issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database or CRM systems.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer experience.
- Meet performance targets related to response time, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and data entry.
- Ability to work professionally under pressure and handle challenging interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic work environments.
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma, SHS , College undergraduate or graduate.
