About the role

As a Telco Sales CSR & Billing, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our Australian clients. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dayshift to midshift schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Based in our office in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting our customers' telecommunication needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from Australian customers and providing assistance with sales, billing, and account-related inquiries
  2. Accurately processing customer orders, upgrades, and service requests
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  4. Maintaining meticulous records and documentation of all customer interactions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. A positive, customer-centric attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
