About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Valeros Velasco Tabernilla Proverify INC. as a Telco Sales CSR - Virtual Process - No Experience. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales over the phone from the comfort of your own home.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from residential and small business customers
  • Providing information about products and services to customers and assisting with troubleshooting
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude
  • No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided
