About the role

Join the customer service team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' as a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Technical Support Representative (TSR). This role will involve handling enquiries and providing support for the company's airline and travel accounts. We welcome applications from both experienced and entry-level candidates.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle a range of customer enquiries, including bookings, reservations, and account-related issues
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide support to customers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer enquiries
  • Familiarity with call centre operations and customer service best practices
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications
  • A genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, although not essential for entry-level positions
