Service Engineering Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support and Documentation: File documents and take meeting minutes. Prepare certificates (training, calibration, warranty, etc.). Manage customer information within the database. Prepare and monitor shipments (documents, supplies, and defective units).

  • Financial Management: Handle department finances (requesting revolving funds, managing training budgets, monitoring of expenses). Coordinate billing and invoicing with the supply chain and accounting departments.

  • Service Engineer Support: Process and coordinate requests for spare parts, service units, and product replacements. Track machine installations, pull-outs, and repairs. Schedule demos and coordinate with regional service engineering managers. Encode newly arrived machinery.

  • External Communications: Liaise with principals regarding defective machines and repair shipments. Coordinate with customers and relay concerns to assigned engineers. Monitor communication channels (such as email and Viber) for updates and complaints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience as an administrative assistant; engineering environment experience is a plus

  • Strong document processing and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
