Job Description: HR Assistant cum Admin
HR Assistant cum Admin serve in a support role for the company. They often interact with employees and direct them to the appropriate resources to resolve the HR issues.
- Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases.
- Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties.
- Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling job interviews.
- Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees.
- Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
- Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and activities.
- Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
- Prioritize and distribute incoming mail and responds to mail as routine nature.
- Maintain employee records and handle confidential information.
- Oversee office maintenance and supply management.
- Performs general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones.
- Participate in monthly meeting.
- During free time-- talking to potential customers on the phone and discuss the services of Pest Control, explaining the benefits or advantages of the services and obtaining payment information if necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php13,500.00 per month
