Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Services: Install, calibrate, and maintain analyzers and lab equipment. Troubleshoot and repair machines onsite or remotely. Conduct preventive maintenance bi-monthly on assigned units. Install and manage demo units, including user training and post-demo retrieval.
  • Delivery: Deliver analyzers, spare parts, and repaired/swapped units to customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare daily activity, expense, and bi-monthly accomplishment reports. Submit requests for quotations, spare parts, service units, and swap units. Monitor spare parts inventory.
  • Customer and Collection Management: Collect payments from distributors, dealers, and direct accounts.
  • Promotions: Promote MEDTEK and MAN PHARMA products, and Customer Care engineering services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferably with PRC license
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Field Service Engineer (laboratory equipment or diagnostic background preferred)
  • Strong technical and diagnostic skills in medical machinery
  • Problem-solving ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Preferably with active driver's license
