We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant who can handle bookkeeping tasks, coordinate with government agencies, and support day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and record daily financial transactions, receipts, and petty cash
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and preparation of reports for accounting and tax filing
- Act as liaison officer for government offices (BIR, City Hall, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
- Handle documentation, filing, and office correspondence
- Monitor supplies, handle purchases, and ensure smooth office operations
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, or any related course
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative work or bookkeeping
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience in QuickBooks or similar software is a plus
- Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Can work with minimal supervision and handle fieldwork for errands or government transactions
- Preferably with own means of transportation (optional)
Work Schedule & Benefits:
