Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking a Sales & Admin Relations Associate who will work hand in hand with veterinary clinics and pet owners to build strong partnerships and promote the use of a digital platform that simplifies clinic operations and client transactions.

This position involves assisting clinics and customers in using the system for appointments and payments, ensuring accurate data management, and maintaining active engagement through clear communication and relationship development.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned veterinary partners to ensure smooth collaboration and support daily operational needs.
  • Maintain and update clinic and client records within the digital platform with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Encourage and assist staff and customers in using the system for scheduling, inquiries, and other services.
  • Help users understand the platform's features and processes to improve convenience and customer experience.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Preferably with experience in sales, client servicing, or customer relations.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, mobile apps, and online systems for work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information in a clear and approachable manner.
  • Open to undergraduates who demonstrate strong people skills and professionalism.
  • Highly motivated, confident, and capable of nurturing positive client relationships.
