Are you a seasoned BPO trainer with deep expertise in Collections and Bank Operations?

Pro Integrate is looking for an experienced Collection Trainer to lead training efforts for our growing collections team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in performance improvement, compliance, and skill development—all within a dynamic B2C environment.

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate end-to-end training programs for new hires and existing agents in collections.
  • Deliver refresher courses, batch training, and coaching sessions to enhance agent performance.
  • Design and implement training modules aligned with collection strategies, objection handling, call flow optimization, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations and QA to analyze agent performance and recommend focused interventions.
  • Ensure that training materials and delivery methods reflect industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide continuous feedback and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Collections Training, preferably in B2B/B2C setup.
  • Solid background in BPO training and Banking Operations, especially Retail Collections.
  • Strong command of collection techniques, compliance protocols, and call quality frameworks.
  • Proven success in delivering high-impact training programs and driving agent performance improvements.
  • Amenable to work onsite daily.
  • Willing to work Australian shift hours.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
