
HR Transition/Transformation Expert

Primary Function / General Purpose of Position
The Expert, Transition and Business Transformation is a specialized individual contributor responsible for executing transition and transformation initiatives with precision and control. The role leads simple to moderately complex projects or workstreams, ensuring delivery of high-quality documentation, knowledge transfer plans, and stabilization artifacts aligned with the Target Operating Model (TOM). This position ensures full traceability from due diligence through hypercare, directly contributing to business value creation, risk mitigation, and service continuity.
Essential Job Functions
- Plan and deliver simple to moderately complex transition workstreams using PMBOK and/or Agile methodologies; develop micro-schedules, task boards, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct process discovery sessions and create detailed process maps, SOPs, desktop procedures, and control points; validate outputs with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Global Process Owners (GPOs).
- Develop and execute Knowledge Transfer (KT) plans (e.g., train-the-trainer, reverse shadowing, certification checklists) and document learning evidence in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Maintain RAID logs; raise risks and issues with clear impact analysis and mitigation actions; ensure timely closure in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support business case baselining and benefits tracking; quantify cycle-time, productivity, and quality improvements resulting from transitions.
- Coordinate control testing and handoff validations; ensure go-live readiness and hypercare management through runbooks, rollback plans, and stabilization criteria.
- Prepare and maintain management reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and proper commentary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy (HIPAA) and data governance policies across documentation, file sharing, and access control processes.
- Facilitate change impact assessments and stakeholder communications; collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement backlogs.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Licenses / Certifications
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt – Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) – Preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field – Required
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transition and transformation support, process documentation, or project coordination within a shared services or global business services (GBS) environment – Required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php80, Php95,000.00 per month
