Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and industry standards.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Support department heads and management with manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee performance and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, recruitment tools, and performance evaluation methods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
