Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company's goals. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
  • Proficiency in Training and Development, and creating engaging employee programs
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and human resource policies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
