Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative, communication, and document preparation support. This role requires exceptional professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate with full discretion while managing complex and fast-moving executive demands. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-obsessed, and thrives in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex email inboxes and calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and optimize executive time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, preparing detailed itineraries and managing all logistics.
- Organize and schedule internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up tracking.
- Proofread, edit, and prepare high-stakes communications, proposals, and presentations with impeccable accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain structured documentation such as JADs, agreements, and confidential HR files.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and handle sensitive business and personnel information with professionalism.
- Minimum 5+ years supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Proven experience preparing complex documents, legal agreements, or technical specifications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Strong ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
