Job description:

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing technical aspects of construction or development projects. The role ensures that project specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, while providing support across design, procurement, site execution, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in managing all engineering aspects of the project from planning to completion.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution on site.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and information.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  • Assist in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and preparation of variation orders and change requests.
  • Conduct technical inspections and quality assurance checks during and after construction.
  • Resolve technical issues or site conflicts in coordination with the project team.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on engineering progress and issues.
  • Ensure all engineering and site activities comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
