Timekeeping/Payroll (Approximately 50 employees) using GreatDay HRIS
Employee 201 Files / Other HR Recording
Recruitment and Hiring (Not so often)
Admin Support (Office Supplies, uniforms etc)
-Employees Relations/Grievances/Memo Issuance
MONDAY - FRIDAY working days.
Qualification:
BS Degree in Human Resources Management /Psychology or equivalent
Knowledgeable in general human resources policies and procedures
With experience in payroll, compensation and benefits
Good knowledge in Philippine labor laws
Highly organized and able to maintain high level of confidentiality
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Preferably residing in the province of Rizal
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Can start Asap
