Job Responsibilities:

  • Timekeeping/Payroll (Approximately 50 employees) using GreatDay HRIS

  • Employee 201 Files / Other HR Recording

  • Recruitment and Hiring (Not so often)

  • Admin Support (Office Supplies, uniforms etc)

-Employees Relations/Grievances/Memo Issuance

MONDAY - FRIDAY working days.

Qualification:

  • BS Degree in Human Resources Management /Psychology or equivalent

  • Knowledgeable in general human resources policies and procedures

  • With experience in payroll, compensation and benefits

  • Good knowledge in Philippine labor laws

  • Highly organized and able to maintain high level of confidentiality

  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)

  • Preferably residing in the province of Rizal

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Can start Asap
