Overview HR Business Partner at Quantrics Enterprises Inc. The role aligns HR strategies with business objectives and serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, guiding and supporting the organization to drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness and workplace culture. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support in resolving employee relations issues, including discipline management, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Discipline Management: Address and resolve employee misconduct or policy violations. Responsibilities include documentation of Notices to Explain (NTEs) and Notices of Decision (NODs), monitoring employee concerns and disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with DOLE regulations and audits. Performance Management: Support goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions. HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions to improve employee experience and retention; monitor key HR metrics such as hires, attrition, employee relations issues, and engagement surveys. Learning and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate with the Learning and Development team to design and implement relevant programs. Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and overall employee experience. Policy Development and Governance: Update HR policies in collaboration with the Employee Relations and Center of Expertise teams and communicate changes to employees. Other duties as assigned. Competencies (Must-have) HR Expertise: Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and policies; stay updated with HR trends. Business Acumen: Understand business goals and apply HR strategies to support them. Relationship Building: Build relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and employees; act as a trusted HR advisor. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication. Critical Thinking: Analytical mindset to identify and resolve HR-related issues and improve the employee experience. Change Management: Manage organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and policies. Qualifications Educational Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or related field. Professional Qualifications Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR Business Partnering. Experience in a BPO industry highly preferred. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations. Proven experience in implementing HR programs and initiatives. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications. Effective project management skills from planning to implementation.
