Job Description:As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to begin a career in HR and learn from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Timekeeping
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology.
- Must have at least 1 yr experience in Time keeping and Recruitment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
