Job Description:As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to begin a career in HR and learn from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Timekeeping
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely assistance.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology.
  • Must have at least 1 yr experience in Time keeping and Recruitment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
