HR Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both attracting top talent and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for HR, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure new hires have the necessary resources and support for a successful start.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Compensation and Benefits
- Assist in maintaining and updating records related to employee benefits
Administrative Tasks
- Handle general office tasks related to the HR department.
- Assist with other HR projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
