We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both attracting top talent and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for HR, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure new hires have the necessary resources and support for a successful start.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Assist in maintaining and updating records related to employee benefits

Administrative Tasks

  • Handle general office tasks related to the HR department.
  • Assist with other HR projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
