About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Learning and Development professional to join our dynamic team at Country Funders Finance Corporation. In this full-time role based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal part in designing and delivering impactful training programmes to develop our talented workforce.

  1. General

  2. Serves as the point person in the set-up of Company's Learning Programs

  3. Prepares the annual training calendar for approval based on competency and performance gaps
  4. Provides relevant feedback to management on compliance to individual development plans
  5. Provides analysis for learning and development data, useful for the evaluation of the current training framework, including measures and methods for continuous improvement
  6. Evaluates results of learning and development programs and analyzes their implications to employee productivity and to business and organizational issues. Recommends appropriate action plans
  7. Ensures all training participants are able to answer Training Evaluation Form
  8. Internal Training

  9. Collates all available Company-developed learning materials and maintains an online learning library

  10. Creates modules and facilitates/conducts in-house training, as needed, including conduct of Pre-Test and Post-Test
  11. Prepares certificates of completion for employees who have completed in-house training and its requirements
  12. Conducts New Employee Orientation and ensures all new hires undergo the standard process of onboarding and properly evaluated prior deployment
  13. External Training

  14. Sourcing of possible provider for external training requirements

  15. Processing of enrolment to external training from securing approval of training request to registration of participant/s to payment of investment fees.
  16. Collection of certificates from external training

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in human resources with a focus on learning and development
  2. Proven track record of designing, developing and delivering high-impact training programmes
  3. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  4. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  5. Proficient in using learning management systems and other training technologies
  6. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development or a related field
