Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Computer literate and comfortable with internet and email communications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Trainable, proactive, and takes initiative.
  • Preferably resides near Manggahan, Pasig, or nearby cities like Marikina and Cainta.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (End-to-End)

  • Filter applicants, conduct interviews, and assign hires to appropriate accounts.
  • Conduct onboarding orientation and monitor new hires.

Employee Relations

  • Disseminate announcements, memos, and handle disciplinary actions.
  • Plan company activities and conduct surveys or profiling with employees.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Process HR payroll data (attendance, OT, gov't deductions, etc.).
  • Generate payroll summaries and payslips.
  • File BIR documents (compensation, rental, VAT).

Regulation & Compliance

  • Handle renewals of business permits, SEC documents, DOLE compliance, and employee visas.

Other Administrative Tasks

  • Support the team with any HR-related duties as needed.
Training Program:
  • Minimum 1-month in-office training with Php 500/day allowance.
  • Successful trainees move on to a probationary role.
Benefits & Compensation:
  • Monthly basic salary of Php 15,500 per month.
  • Position allowance starts from Php 3,000 per month.
  • Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th-month pay.
  • Paid leave credits (SL/VL) upon regularization.
  • Hybrid set-up upon regularization.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends off)
