Duties and responsibilities

-Facilitates recruitment and selection for employees

-Conducts onboarding orientation for new employees

-Submits manpower headcount and vacancies to the head office

-Maintain 201 files of all personnel (direct and contractors)

-Prepares attendance report summary for payroll

-Checks DTR records of employees

-Checks the accuracy of the appraisal of all employees.

-Conduct investigations based on the forwarded incident report by the concerned department

-Generate a monthly report of employees' tardiness to the HR Supervisor for disciplinary action

-Prepares payroll reports and government contribution remittances.

-Conducts exit interviews of separated employees and facilitates the signing of clearance.

-Other HR tasks may be assigned from time to time

Interested candidates must be:

-Must be a graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

-With knowledge in various HR facets

-Work experience in the field is an advantage, but not required

-Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays

-Good written and oral communication skills

-Must be willing to work 6 days in a week
