Learning and Development Specialist
About the Role:
This position contributes to the design and implementation of learning programs and solutions related to functional onboarding, reskilling, upskilling, competency development and mastery.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders in the preparation and design of training grids/plans to include program flow, evaluation tools and performance metrics across all phases of the learning program.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent, with at least five years of experience in end-to-end development and implementation of HR programs/projects focused on employee development.
Suitable candidates should have relevant experience in developing online learning materials, excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills, and proficiency in various Google Workspace applications.
- Design and Implement Learning Programs:
- Develop learning programs and solutions for functional onboarding, reskilling, upskilling, competency development and mastery.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders:
- Partner with stakeholders to prepare and design training grids/plans, including program flow, evaluation tools and performance metrics.
- Manage Learning Sessions:
- Organize and implement face-to-face and virtual learning sessions according to organizational strategies, management directions, objectives and timelines.
- Analyze Program Evaluation:
- Collect and analyze data from program evaluation forms to recommend enhancements in the design and execution of future learning programs.
- Ensure Access to Training Materials:
- Maintain access to complete and regularly updated training materials, including presentation slides, hands-on exercises, knowledge checks, score cards and supplementary materials.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple priorities and projects, dealing effectively with all levels of the organization and ensuring timely deployment of learning sessions.
